Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as your package is delivered to the courier..

The products are delivered free of charge in metropolitan France, with no minimum purchase. For foreign countries, the price of delivery may vary according to the country.

In case of absence, the postman leaves the parcel or a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can pick it up at your post office. In case of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service who will give you the Colissimo number associated with your order. You will then be able to track the delivery of your package on the website www.colissimo.fr.

 


Return procedure

Products can be returned within 14 working days. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Place the products to be returned in their original packaging.

Your order must be in "delivered" status to be able to request a return.

Return procedure:

1° Access the "My Orders" section of your customer account

2° Select "Return" for the order in question

3° Follow the return instructions on the page in this step

4° Go to the "My returns" tab of your customer area, to find out the address to which you can send your package.

The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of your package at our offices.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to carry out our return procedure by selecting the reason for return "defective product".
